Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges to help you find your perfect fit.

* Size exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
* Customers are responsible for the reverse shipping and re-shipping charges for size exchanges.
* Exchanges are subject to size availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:

* An unedited continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
* Clear photos of the issue.
* Your order number.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
